SHIPPING
Domestic
We ship with UPS and charge a flat rate of 15 USD for all shipments within the UK. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Any orders placed after 5 PM BST will be shipped out within the following 2 business days. Any orders placed on Friday after 5 PM BST will go out the following working week. Allow 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered.
At the moment, we do not offer express shipping options. Please plan accordingly if you need your order by a certain date!
International
We charge a flat rate of 40 USD for shipments to the US, EU, North America, South America & Africa. We charge a flat rate of 20 USD for shipments to Asia and Oceania. We ship all orders Deliver Duties Unpaid with DPD. Delivery times will vary depending on the country.
Please note that customers may be billed for customs and duties upon delivery. We are not responsible for these fees and they may be non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please reach out to us to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
If you have any questions regarding size, fit, or fabrication, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
Return & Exchange Standards
Please ensure that the garment is shipped back in its original packaging and is in unworn and resale-able condition. All of our returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If the garment shows any signs of wear or tear, we will not be able to accept the return and the item will be returned to you.
Domestic Returns
Prior to shipping back your return/exchange, please fill out one of the following forms and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
For returns, note that there is a $10 restocking fee.
For exchanges, there is no return shipping or restocking fee. Exchanges will be processed within 1-3 days upon receipt of your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your new item has been shipped out.
International Returns
At the moment, we are not able to issue return labels for our international customers. Please ship with your preferred carrier, request tracking and include this with your return request.
Refunds
Allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that the return has been approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to post to your account.
